Angel is a uniquely experienced wellness enthusiast, program creator, coordinator, educator, and coach aiming to shape and innovate the well being of individuals through broad expertise as a Health Education and Promotion Specialist. Offering experience in developing, promoting, and facilitating health related services in both one-on-one and group settings in music therapy, nutrition, yoga, cardio drumming, meditation, and other recreational activities for individuals of all ages and abilities in the community and workplace environments.
